Everyone, at one point or another, has experienced tension. Many people assume stress is the primary cause of their tension but unfortunately this is not the case. Stress certainly does not help the tension, but the leading cause relates to incorrect position of bones created by poor posture. This, in turn, stretches muscles to the point of discomfort.
