Mondays at 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. (starting May 20th) - HIIT With Hannah
High Intensity Interval Training is using specific body weight moves in a circuit format to achieve cardiovascular fitness and burn more calories in less time! With Hannah's expertise this intense practice will be able to be modified, and participants can easily move at their own pace.
Tuesdays at 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. - Gentle Yoga
The focus in a gentle yoga class is achieving relaxation and well-being by incorporating mindful breathing with gentle movements and stretching postures.
Wednesdays at 11:30 - 12:15 a.m. - HIIT With Hannah
Thursdays at 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. - Chair Yoga
In chair yoga participants will practice yoga postures and gentle movements that can be done in and or with a chair.
Thursdays at 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Beginners/Yoga Fundamentals
The perfect class if you are newer to yoga or need a refresher on foundational yoga postures. Pace is intended to provide adequate time for you to explore the yoga postures, focus on safe and proper alignment, and create a connection between the breath and movement.
Saturdays at 9:30-10:45 a.m. - Flow Yoga
A great class to gently build heat as you move in and out of poses in correspondence with the breath. within the body utilizing all components of a yoga practice- breathe, movement, and mindfulness to achieve well-being.
What to bring and what to wear:
YOGA: Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and yoga straps will be supplied for students, but feel free to bring your own yoga essentials to make your practice most comfortable and accessible. Dress in attire that will allow you to move comfortably- attire that will allow for deep stretching and broad movements to be made.
HIIT EXERCISE CLASS: Just bring yourself and a ready to go attitude!
