Yoga

Yoga is a mind-body fitness practice that combines physical movement, mindful focus, and an awareness of ones breath and energy to promote health. Yoga has many great benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally including increased strength and mobility, improved balance and coordination, reduction of inflammation, improved immune function, stress reduction, enhanced cognitive function, and promotes self-awareness. 

Bel-Ray Wellness Center opened Bel-Ray Yoga studio  in January of 2019 in order to guide individuals in our community to greater health and happiness by creating safe, effective, and sustainable yoga practices. Deriving our studio from the chiropractic clinic, we pride ourselves in having classes and teachers that provide individualized attention to each and every student’s needs, including those who have injuries, chronic conditions, and other health concerns.
