Yoga Fundamentals Class
The perfect class if you are newer to yoga or need a refresher on foundational yoga postures. Pace is intended to provide adequate time for you to explore the yoga postures, focus on safe and proper alignment, and create a connection between the breath and movement.
Saturdays at 9:00 AM
Slow Flow Yoga:
The class is structured with an intentional, fluid sequence, designed to move in and out of poses in correspondence to breath to gently build warmth and energy. Get ready for a more powerful flow that is accessible for any level of yoga experience.
What to bring and what to wear:
Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and yoga straps will be supplied for students, but feel free to bring your own yoga essentials to make your practice most comfortable and accessible.
Dress in attire that will allow you to move comfortably- attire that will allow for deep stretching and broad movements to be made.
